Everything was perfect. We are always stopping by on our way to Lido di Fermo, where we have beachvolleyball camps and here we can really relax and stay calm and focused. And the host is the best!

Of all our stays that we’ve had through Booking.com this is by far the best one we have used, such a beautiful setting with a wonderful view and beautiful rooms. The owner was so kind greeting us refreshingly made coffee as we arrived and the breakfast next morning was delicious !

My husband and I were on a long road trip and we wanted to spend the night somewhere on the way. Principessa Nera was the best choice! The hostess was very kind, she even suggested to prepare some dinner when we arrived late and looked obviously tired. The room was sparkling clean with all the comforts provided (towels, bath robe, toiletries). The location is perfect if you come by car! Don't miss a visit to Corinaldo (only 20 min away). The day after we has an amazing breakfast and a beautiful chat with the hostess. She even packed some food to take with us for the rest of the drive! Cannot recommend it highly enough! It exceeded my expectations :)

“A wonderful experience.”
The staff was really pleasant and ready to help us in anything we needed. The room we had was fine, very clean and had a balcony with chairs and a rack, which has been useful. Breakfasts are huge and provided with different kinds of food, sweet and savory, with handmade cakes that completely had me.

Very nice place for longer stay: - big and nice room(s) with large space for cloths etc., both rooms with big TV and air conditioning - great breakfast (big choice, not only "Italian style") - very nice and helpful household, speaking good in English, which is not obvious in this region - very good quality/cost - access to shared salon with kitchen - private locked parking
