Extremely well presented apartment in a lovely location very handy for public transport. Could only be improved by the addition of a microwave and possibly a couple of easy chairs. Host very friendly and helpful with excellent communications. Would definitely use again.

Top apartament, clean and very spacious, close to the all shops you need.

The apartment is very convenient on the 7th floor of a new building very near the Uban station. We had from the apartment a nice view of Scharnhauser Park, the airport, and the Ostfildern area. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay. The fridge had various juices and mineral water ready for a first refreshment after arrival. It's only 10 km away from the Stuttgart airport. The owner and his son were very polite and willing to help. On the day of our departure, we left one sac in the apartment and they kept it for us for a few days till our daughter who lives in the area picked it up. A big thank you. We will come again.

The owner was very kind and willing to help us, was there upon our arrival, and gave us the keys. The location is very good and the area is quiet. Very close is the U-Bahn stop for commuting to the center of Stuttgart as well as many shops and supermarkets. The apartment is only 12 km from the airport. It is new and modernly equipped.
