The hotel is located centrally in Östersund and you can walk to the lake in 10 - 15 min. The bed was comfortable. Originally we booked accidentally a smaller french bed, but we got on request a normal sized double bed without a problem. The breakfast was fine.

“Recommended if you need a comfortable welcoming place in Östersund”
Staff were nice and very helpful especially chap who checked us in early (thank you). Room was fine, little dark though. Location downtown which was great because you can walk to most places. Excellent breakfast!

We stayed with a group in our room and it was absolutely acceptable. We had also been travelling and we arrived at the hotel at 6am. The staff were incredibly helpful and generous to allow us to crash on the sofa for a short while, until they did their utmost to get us checked in early. I could t fault their hospitality

The breakfast was good. The location was very central and made it easy to go out for a stroll and discover the city. The rooms were OK.

“A stylish hotel in the heart of Ostersund”
A very stylish hotel, centrally located in the midst of shops and restaurants (but no problems with noise). A very comfortable room, dark wood effect with lamps made it feel very cosy. Great breakfast buffet taken in the attached Irish bar, O'Leary's. Very helpful and friendly staff on the front desk.
