“Traditional Swedish Charm in a Beautiful Natural Setting”
We booked this hotel at the last minute as we had a few days to spare before a larger family holiday. The location, natural surroundings, and atmosphere far exceeded our expectations. The place offers a charming mix of traditional Swedish style, beautiful nature, and a historic manor house. The rooms are simple but have everything you need. We only wish we could have stayed a few more days.

Beautiful location with incredible history. Views and bathing spots were perfect. Lovely staff. Hiring bikes was easy and cheap. Breakfast selection was great.

We were kicked out of the hotel restaurant as hotel guests because there were a lot of other people (not accommodate there). The staff were very unhelpful and unfriendly. Don't advertise a restaurant for your guests when there is no seat for them! The rooms were not very good for the price. We had two rooms per one booking and we got rooms in a completely different building.

“Comfortable accommodations and beautiful surroundings”
Beautiful area, on an historical manor site next at the entrance of a national park. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was a simpler standard but clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was good.

“Just grand!”
Great and beautiful location close to the water (where you could swim) with very helpful staff. The food at Orangeriet was exquisite. Free parking too.
