Our holiday in Ostend was great. Michaël’s cozy apartment had everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable, the flat was well furnished, stylish and clean. The bikes were a great addition, they were in very good condition and we used them everyday to explore the city! Michaël is an amazing host, who takes his time to help you settle in and gives great tips to make your stay as best as possible! :)

We loved to stay here! Michael is not just a nice guy, he really wants to make you feel comfortable. So you are welcomed with cake, some fruits and everything else you need after your journey. You also get a lot of information about the surrounding, restaurants etc. We didn't need this that much because we just wanted to enjoy the sea but if you would like to do some sightseeing, Michael is your man! By the way, visit the cafe called 'Cappuccino' in Ostende and get yourself a Belgish waffle, it's delicious! At least, take some time to speak with Michael, to get to know him a bit. “The Perfect Stay with an Exceptional Host!”

This has been one of the best hosts we’ve ever had! The house was perfectly clean, full of thoughtful details, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The free bikes were a fantastic bonus that allowed us to explore the area with ease. Our host was incredibly kind and gave us great tips on what to see and do. The croissants and pastries he left for us were absolutely delicious. Highly recommended ,we would definitely come back!

Amazing Breakfast, lovely pastries, cheeses and meats with a selection of fruits. We ate like Kings everyday, it was totally delightful & very delicious! The room was very comfortable and tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for our 3 x night visit. We would absolutely recommend LOGIES-M Comfort Studios.

The owner is really nice, helpful and sociable! He creates atmosphere like at home :) Apartment is cozy and spacious, in the kitchen is everything you need, bed is incredibly comfortable, owner let using bicycles, beach and city center are near. I'm sure I will come back :)

Our stay was a dream! Here you just feel very comfortable. The interior is very tasteful and bright. In addition, it's very clean. You can use free bicycles. The rooms are equipped with any plates, cutlery, etc.. We also liked very much that free parking is available. Michael is a kind-hearted person who wants to make your stay as nice as possible. He has many good tips and overviews that are very helpful to explore Oostende. A big surprise was the very successful varied and balanced breakfast. You can't have a better breakfast anywhere in Ostend! We were very happy here (price-performance fits super!) and can recommend the accommodation without hesitation and would come back any time. “Comfortable and cosy B&B”

Michaël is the perfect host. He will do his utmost to please his guests. The room we had was on the second floor. Everything is brand new, of good quality and squeaky clean. Beautiful bathroom with a big shower. You even have a kitchenette. It is situated a bit out of the center of Ostend. The advantage: free and available parking right in front of the house! Michaël has 9 bikes you are free to use and the perfect solution to get around! Breakfast was also fantastic!

Everything was perfect. Michaël was the best host and made us feel like we were at home. The location is great, a calm neighborhood, and by bike 10 minutes to the beach. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would totally come back!

“Haven of tranquility and rest”

Everything! Michaél went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect and conducive to a relaxing and rejuvenating stay. The room is extremely comfortable, well equipped and very spacious. The bike was a bonus I didn't expect to use and enjoy as much as I did! The breakfasts were amazing, varied and sufficient for the whole day. Michaél pays attention to the smallest details like serving different cold meats, cheeses, fruit, breadrolls, breads and pastries each morning so I sampled so much of the local fare! The fridge was well stocked with a variety of beverages and there was also a variety of teas to choose from. Michaél is a very knowledgeable and interesting host who exudes peace and calm, which he uses to encourage his guests to slow down, relax and enjoy being in the moment. I wish him everything of the best and hope to visit again soon.

What's not to like? Everything is way beyond my expectations and Michaél has gone above and beyond to ensure that my stay has been relaxing, stress-free and extremely comfortable. He picked me up at the station and took time to explain everything and answer questions etc. Breakfast was more than sufficient with enough left for lunch and snacks through the day! The bike is a really lovely extra. Thank you Michaél!
