Very nice, big comfy rooms, stylish retro interior, clean, nice welcome, extra luggage service (able to leave then a little longer, after the stay expired) - very close to the harbor, beach, central part of Ostend, shopping area, parks.

Chic, quirky and interesting communal area - free coffee, fridge etc and the chic design of our room and bathroom. The hosts are also very helpful and provided great tips for our stay in Ostend. The courtyard has space to securely accommodate bikes.

Superb location just minutes from bars, restaurants and the station. Very large boutique style room with great shower. Access to a fantastic lounge with everything you would need had you wanted to eat in. Very easy check in process helped by top communication both before and during our stay.

Very convenient location, neither far from the train station nor from the beach. Nice clean room. Beautiful public area with great music to chill. The owner Alain is very friendly and helpful.

“Cosy place with great character”

The place has a lot of character due to the retro furniture and the fact that there are only three rooms in the accommodation. We had a really nice stay. The host Alain was lovely and welcoming, reacted positively to our request to put our bags in the room before check in time. The bed was especially good, we slept very well. The room was very clean and everything that you could need was there (tea, coffee machine etc). What’s great is that you are at 5 minutes walking distance from the station, but there is no street noise in the room because the rooms are in a building in the back and the windows don’t give out to the street but to a small courtyard.

The location was very good close to everything one would need in the town. The room was charming and fresh, very clean facilities and nice lounge area. Alain was an excellent host!

This is probably one of the most comfortable home from home like feeling property’s I have stayed at in Ostend , and I stay there a lot due to work commitments every 2 weeks Qwerky decor the shower was the BEST and the bed was so comfortable it was really like staying at someone’s posh, quite, peaceful, private and very clean house The host was also a real gentleman and easy to communicate with whilst always being on hand to help with anything at all

Great hospitality. Totally made to feel at home. And what a home, with a great sense of privacy and exceptional comfort. Also, access to a large leisure lounge decorated as a genuine blast from the past. Billiards, refreshments, music (unique hi-fi system) along with a peaceful courtyard made our stay one to remember.
