“Good weekend getaway!”
Great customer service! Everyone was very helpful when I found out that I lost my personal keys in the room after I had already checked out. The Spa was good and had many different wellness areas, I really enjoyed the sauna.

“Disappointing for price value”
That it was walking distance to the beach and a lot of beach side restaurants. The spa and sauna variety was surprisingly better than anything else from the hotel. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety and fresh assortment.

The hotel was well located for the promenade at Oostende. The room was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was a buffet and you could take as much as you like. Loved the spa. Great atmosphere, nice lady on the desk and peaceful. Worth doing.
