“Great apartment, but too many rules”
The apartment is in a great location – close to the beach and city center. It's clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. That said, the stay came with some stress due to strict house rules. A €300 cash deposit is required, along with detailed instructions on cleaning and potential fines. The deposit is refunded via bank transfer after check-out, which leaves some uncertainty. Trash must be taken out by guests, but there's no convenient place nearby to dispose of it, which can be inconvenient – especially when leaving with luggage. Check-in also took longer than expected due to a misunderstanding about the arrival time. Overall, the apartment is very good, but the experience felt more rigid than we're used to.

“Beautiful apartment”
Central location with a fabulous view, very well equipped accomodation with a very friendly and helpful host, a stones throw from the beach, shops, bars, cafes, etc.

“Outstanding Accommodation Experience: Flexible Host,Well-Equipped Apartment,and Convenient Location”
The host was incredibly flexible, allowing us to check in one hour earlier and check out four hours later. This flexibility made our travel arrangements much more convenient and stress-free. Additionally, the host provided us with valuable guidance on finding a free parking place, which saved us time and money. The apartment itself was impressively well-equipped, reflecting the host's attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome drink. Being situated near both the beach and the city center allowed us to easily explore the area and take advantage of the nearby restaurants and shops. We would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a fantastic place to stay near the beach and city center.
