Location is across from nice quiet beach where you can rent water toys to enjoy the lake . A Small bakery next door . The location doesn’t have as much traffic because it is further from downtown

The grounds are in much need of upkeep. The pool is disgusting w algae, pool liner is ripped open to moldy grossness, the pool area had broken boards and is so disheveled. The house keeper is condescending and rude.

I found the place to be very dirty. There was no screen in the window of the air condition. Was minimal, the beds were uncomfortable. The pillows were uncomfortable. The location was c*****. I had asked for a room that I could drive up to. But there isn't any. The pool was disgustingly dirty with bugs. My daughter couldn't even smoke A. Vape, in the car like the guy was just on her constantly. Then at 5 o'clock in the morning, the people that live upstairs are the owners. They're dragging furniture all around. So that woke me up at 5 in the morning, constantly doing it for about 2 hours. I couldn't even have fresh air in the room. Because I tried to open the window. Full of f****** mosquitoes. I definitely would not go back there. I paid in advance and they took 200 deposit took forever to get it back. You're not allowed to do nothing there. They watch Everything you do. You feel very uncomfortable, and if you decide you're having a barbecue, they charge you 20 bucks to use the barbecue. Penny pinchers, I don't recommend this place. The room was big other than that. It wasn't worth the money. When he couldn't accommodate the drive up room being that I'm older, I asked for my money back. He said, no way there was not having that.So I was stuck there for the night

Be aware that this company has no compassion. Booked suite pull out couch,pet friendly, and kitchenette. They took my money but could not accommodate. Now I am fighting to get my money back. They know how to Ruin holiday. I was polite and calm. Hmmm, what does that tell ya?

The room was great, clean and spacious. No dirty carpets!!! Laminate flooring is great. Comfortable bed. Coffee, good size bar fridge and microwave.

I would suggest a lamp by the table so if someone is sleeping the ceiling lite doesn't have to be on. Coffee pot situation could be easier to manage. Perhaps set it up on the dresser? And better coffee whitener or creamo please.
