NOTHING: NO TOILET PAPER: HAD TO INSIST TO ASK FOR EXTRA ROLL !!! TOILET RUNNING, FRIDGE COMPRESSOR LOUD AND BROKEN, NO WI-FI NOR INTERNET, TV'S NOT FUNCTIONING, SPIDER WEBS ON LAMP SHADES, DIRTY CARPETS, SAME WITH CUTLERY. BREAKFAST INEXISTENT AS RESTAURANT NOT OPENED EVEN THOUGH PREPAID AND INCLUDED !!! AND WHEN TO GO ORDERED NEVER DELIVERED. POOL AND HOT TUB FULL OF VERY YOUNG KIDS, EVEN INFANTS IN DIAPERS FROM AM TO PM... YOU CAN GUESS THE REST... STAFF TOTALLY OVERWHELMED. MANAGEMENT BRILLIANT BY THEIR ABSENCE... OVER CAD $ 325/NIGHT FOR A COUPLE !!! VERDICT STAY AWAY

The location was beautiful!

The work out room was dirty and the treadmill (only one) did not work. The elevator was dirty and the construction workers carried dirt throughout the hotel. We booked to include breakfast and found out when we arrived that the restaurant was under construction so therefore we were out of luck. I was then advised to go to Booking.com to request a refund as they were not able to do so. In the end, I was reimbursed, but not happy.

The hotel is filthy and the room was full of random furniture. There was obvious mold on the bathroom in the shower and the room was dirty. Room was over $300 and was gross. Seriously disappointed- would never stay again.

Location has easy walk to shops and restaurants. Clean and comfortable rooms. Rooms are water front with a balcony or window. The hotel has lake front on both front and back. The views are spectacular!

“Not worth the money”

In the morning of our stay there was a lovely lady at the front desk who was very helpful. They also have a guarantee at this hotel, If you're unhappy, you can get a portion of your stay back.

Rooms was fine, clean, good size, good beds. View of the southern lake from the balcony is nice. Breakfast food is just ok.

Nice to have a balcony but would have preferred a room with a better view of the lake. Our view was mainly the boats. Still a nice room to have with a balcony. Staff excellent, breakfast was good.

To my surprise and delight, they offered me a free room upgrade at check-in, which made my stay even more comfortable. The upgraded room was spacious, spotless, and had a beautiful view. The amenities were great, and the location was perfect for everything I needed. I truly appreciated the extra touch of hospitality – it made a big difference. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be staying here again!
