“It was a great place for the girls soccer team to stay for their tournament.”
Since I love eating outdoors I really appreciated the outdoor patio where we heated up our dinner and had a very relaxed time.

“Love Osoyoos! We came for a 3 day wine "adventure" and we were not disappointed”
Location was good, breakfast provided decent selections, easy access to all facilities in hotel. Will stay again.

“Excellent accomodation with everything you need”
Right next door to Rattlesnake Canyon which was handy! Great to have the full size kitchen and fridge. Separate air conditioners in both sections of the room. Very clean. Very comfortable beds. Nice swimming pool area and great included breakfast with lots of options

“It certainly had both good and not as good points, but it was good for us and what we needed.”
We received an upgrade to a larger room. The beds were comfortable. The staff were helpful and kind. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything that you would want to see and do in Osoyoos.

“Too much noise in our floor after 10:00. Kids running up and down.”
It was pretty basic. Too much disposable cutlery and utensils. More food variety would be good.

The fridge in our room was not working, which resulted in all of our dog's food going bad, since we kept in it the fridge overnight. We were left with nothing to feed our dog the next morning. Upon telling the staff, they did not show any concern and did not apologize for the significant inconvenience. There was very little assistance from them in trying to remedy the situation.

“Not as good as other BW places stayed in this 6 week trip. But issues are really maintenance.”
Breakfast was good. Room was good size but looked a little tired. Carpets were in needed of a clean. Bed comfortable but pillows didn’t suit us. Too deep.

“A big rip-off!”
Nothing - We didn't really like this property - it was extremely expensive for what you received. The room was a basic 3 star (if you're lucky) and the breakfast was dreadful served on paper plates with no one clearing or wiping the tables. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
