Excellent value for money. This was not my first stay here, and once again the experience met my expectations. The apartment is in a fantastic location, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and easy access to the city centre. Communication with the host was excellent - friendly, responsive, and all instructions were clear and easy to follow. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-equipped. The only minor suggestion would be to replace some of the frying pans for guests who plan to cook. During our stay there were some nearby construction works on weekdays, but this was only a small inconvenience.

Very very disappointed!!!!! Smelly Towels!! The check-in instructions were unclear. We were supposed to get the key from the staff at Joker, but this was not mentioned anywhere. When we arrived at Joker, the staff were confused and didn’t seem to know what was going on. Also, the store is not as close as described. The extra bed was just left standing in the corner of the bedroom. It cannot fit in the bedroom, we had to move it ourselves to the living room. The towels were smelly, all 5 of us had to use our own clothes to dry off our body...... And when we want to use the washing machine, we found two dirty mops inside...... Also, the range hood in kitchen is extremely dirty.

Excellent location, at the end of the promenade. Modern apartment, well equipped. You have to go to a small super market (Joker) to pick up the keys which is on your way if you are coming by train. Although check in is from 16:00, they made en extra effort to have it ready earlier when we informed them that we were arriving earlier in Oslo.

Location was great, clean and plenty of linen, bathroom well stocked with products, washing machine and dryer.

Apartment was very comfortable and spacious for a family of 5 and was close to restaurants and a supermarket. The coffee maker was a really nice touch

The owner is very helpful and responsive. But it is a bit small space to fit 6 of us. I think maximum 4 persons is perfect.It is very clean.

Apartment location is beautiful area handy to ferries trams and buses. We stayed in minus temperatures apartment was warm and cosy home away from home , had everything we needed brilliant would return in a heartbeat.
