This central hotel is about 5 minutes’ walk from Oslo’s Royal Palace and National Gallery. “Bir daha asla bu otelde kalmam”
The hotel itself is nice, but the behavior of the bartender at the rooftop bar on the 21st floor was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Throwing the menu into the trash in front of customers is completely unacceptable and there is no reasonable explanation for such behavior. For a hotel of this standard, I would expect staff to know how to treat guests with courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression. It is disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism, and because of this incident, I do not believe I will stay at your hotel again.

Location is excellent and the staff are super friendly, caring, kind and supportive. Especially if you're travelling with kids!

Stains on beds matress featuring some black hairs. Not really inviting. You have to run stairs no matter the floor if you go gym too early.

“Amazing stay”
The overall experience is amazing! The hotel is modern, clean, with everything you need and with great facilities. I was impressed my the man who great everyone for a breakfast and that he actually remembers you and your name and from what room you are!
