The lady at reception when we arrived could not have been more helpful, unfortunately I cannot remember her name. I have no complaints everything was lovely and everyone very friendly and helpful.

We had to change our initial room as we needed handicap accessories in bath area. This was done in moments and the room was wonderful. We will remember this in the future when making reservations.

Everything was great except there was a garment left by someone previously in the corner of the room behind a piece of furniture it wasn't pleasant to find.
