“Excellent Stay with Beautiful Gardens”
The room was spacious, well maintained, and very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always available to help. The breakfast was also excellent, with a good variety of options. The property is conveniently located close to the highway, making it easy to reach and a great base for exploring the area. The garden is beautiful and truly outstanding, adding to the overall charm of the stay.

“A fantastic place to rest”
A very nice, comfortable place, with very friendly and hospitable owners. The variety and quality of their breakfast is spectacular, with plenty to choose from and everything very tasty. There's space to park your car or motorcycle on the property. Absolutely recommendable.

“Mixed feeling - good value but with some cons”
The property is beautifully maintained, lovely garden, very clean in the room and common area, parking is available directly on the property. Breakfast, quite rich (although everything sweet!) included. The beds were comfortable.

It was impeccably clean and the most well organized lodging I've ever stayed in. All the instructions and guidance for how to use the facilities, where to find restaurants and activities were clearly posted. The coffee machine was available 24/7, as was purified water (both still and frizzante) and biscotti. The refrigerator was ample size for the number of guests. Good breakfast with homemade cakes and cornetti. Excellent location just off the autostrada A14, in the midst of an industrial zone but sheltered with a lovely garden so it felt like a green oasis. Convenient to all the towns along the Conero riviera. My husband and I had a great stay!

Everything was as advertised and even better than that. Beautiful location and garden with safe parking, with a comfortable room and with breakfast and coffee. Can't go wrong with La Gradina.

“Very nice place”
The B&B is very well organised and clean. You have everything you need, the breakfast was also very good (a lot choice and some things were bio, that's a +++ for me!) The garden was also very well maintained. If I am in the area, I would definitly come back.

old man operating the B&B, he speaks only Italian, but very friendly. room is very clean and airco works as it should. private parking behind automated secured doors. the property is very pretty and has nice plants all around it.
