Pick-up service to the airport, ferry terminal and Motomachi areas are provided free of charge. Guests must call the property at least a day in advance to make use of the service. Reservation may be cancelled in case of a typhoon, or if access to the island is restricted due to bad weather conditions. Cancellation charges will not apply. However, cancellation fees will be charged accordingly in other circumstances, for example if guests are personally concerned of the weather (while transport facilities are still active).
