“Room was clean, bed was comfortable.”

“Don't trust Best Western Oshawa motel bookings”
This motel was overbooked and my room got moved to an adjacent motel next door. Ended up with the type of room I requested online in the cancelation message best western motel emailed 📧 me just before I arrived to get into my reservation.

“Everything was great!”
Everyone was very friendly and helpful - we even received little welcoming bags. The hotel was clean!

“Not overly impressed.”
Location was good. Unfortunately room was not very clean. Chairs were stained and I had to take pillows from the bed to sit on chairs. Pillows were very soft and not comfortable for sleeping. Any repairs to room were poorly done. Bathroom had tufts of hair on shower wall and by toilet. While price was definitely a factor in booking a clean a clean room was expected.

“Comfortable, warm, inviting, wonderful staff.”
The staff were very friendly and customer focused. Our room was very welcoming and comfortable. Hotel in general was very quiet, which I love.

“It was one of the worst things.”
The bedding was not changed, it smelled too bad, and it was hard to sleep. The bathroom had mould, and the bathtub was not clean. You can see the black stain. Paid too much to see the stain. Never again.

“Very disappointing”
Actually, only the location the staff was not very helpful. The room was not ready towels room missing accessories were missing and the mattress was lumpy like a golf course.

“It was easy to access off the 401, staff were friendly, beds comfy, room very clean.”
Cleanliness of the food areas was exceptionally clean, staff were prompt in tending to any mess that needed cleaning up so the next guest experienced a clean eating area.
