“Affordable and comfy little place”

Almost every necessities/convenience were provided. No need to worry about shampoo/body soap. They even provided extra towels, and trash bags. Plus, the place is so clean!

Very clean and Fantistic location, close to Dotobori river cruiz, famous shops and restraunts.

Stayed here for 2 nights from 14 May to 16 May in Osaka. The rooms are simple but clean and equipped with all basic facilities needed for a comfortable stay. It is an older building, but the location is fantastic — very close to the Dotonbori river, shopping area, and vibrant nightlife. Many restaurants and convenience stores are within walking distance. A very convenient place to stay in Osaka.

Location is good with access to the metro. It was not noisy in the evenings, but I will choose different area next time - Dotonbori is more for bars and night life. Air conditioning worked well as well as water heater (there was no hot water first, and I had to take a cold shower, but then realised that water heater can be turned on). There was a microwave oven, small fridge, table and two chairs which was helpful to have in the room. A big trash bin with a lid in the room was perfect - filled in in 4 days. Check-in and check-out went smooth. There were umbrellas to be loaned from the ground floor, though we didn’t use that option.
