“Authentic, traditional and convenient ”
We stayed with two teenagers and two adults and the two upstairs bedrooms were perfect. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was plenty of places to store our stuff. The accommodation states it’s in a quiet area and it definitely is. It is so nice to be in the middle of a major city and then come back to the guest house and have it be so peaceful. It’s around a 8 to 10 minute walk to the station where there is also a supermarket and 7-Eleven. We definitely used the washing machine and the drying room which is in the bathroom. There is ample information to understand how to use everything. The train station was very convenient and there are multiple lines to get you where you need to go not just the loop line. I highly recommend staying in this accommodation. You will find some excellent restaurants mostly around the station area.

“Staying in this Japanese guesthouse in a quiet Osaka neighborhood was the highlight of our trip.”
We stayed at the guesthouse for 4 nights in November and it was a true highlight of our trip! Tucked away in a quiet part of Osaka, we could enjoy being part of a local neighbourhood but still have easy access to the train and local restaurants and shops. The house itself was perfect for our family of 4, and had everything we needed - it was wonderful to experience living in a real Japanese house. The owner has gone to so much trouble to ensure we had a great stay including detailed information and maps to find the property, and basic kitchen, bathroom, and laundry supplies. The beds were super comfortable, great wi-fi, and it was so nice to have a kitchen and all the facilities for our stay. We will definitely be back and highly recommend the guesthouse to other travellers.

“Stunning accommodation in beautiful Morinomiya”
What a wonderful way to start our trip in Japan. The location is excellent for families wanting to escape the mayhem of Namba and Nipponbashi with its quiet streets and community feel. The apartment was stunning - from the wall decoration to the comfort of the bedding. We haven't slept so well in a hotel in SE Asia before! Those wanting more space than a typical hotel in Japan can offer will enjoy the huge space in both large bedrooms, and the comfortable sitting room and separate dining. Easy to make our way to Osaka loop line and off on adventures. The host's communication was prompt and very polite. We would definitely recommend Morinomiya Guesthouse to friends and family visiting beautiful Osaka.

“Traditional house in the heart of the city”
Very good location, with short walk to the station. Nicely decorated, with lovely images on the walls of the living room and foyer. Extremely comfy beds.
