The apartment is very spacious, you have a lot of space for all the suitcases. It is very clean and has everything you need. We have already stayed in this apartment two years ago and were so satisfied that we booked it again for our second Japan trip. It is located directly next to the Jr station, so it is perfectly connected. The staff is very nice and helpful. The capsule machine for the washing powder is very convenient, you can access it at any time.

The room was clean and very comfy. Located in the resident zone. Calm and not crowded. Full of facilities. Near the train station. There are convenient stores and restaurants around the area. Really love this place. Would love to come again! :)

Great location with many restaurants in the area and a grocery store.

We loved the convenient location, just 2/3 mins away from the closet station. We also loved how spacious our room was! The put in a lot of care in the rooms and the guidebook, it never felt like we couldn't ask questions.

The air conditioning was on when we arrived, which was very welcome after walking in the heat all day.

It was located near lots of things that made our stay enjoyable, including a train station 2 minutes away. You can't hear anything its so peaceful. The laundry is fantastic, several washers, dryer and washing powder. The room was super cute, Japanese style. I put the blind up just a little to see where I was going through the night. The beds are on the floor but they are a higher level. I didn't want to spoil my trip with a broken ankle.

1min from JR Teradacho sta. Walking distance to Tennoji sta as well. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Very clean room with separate toilet and bath. AC works perfect. Staff was very kind.

Truly wish we could have stayed there longer. The property was spacious and had all the facilities you could ask for such as cooking equipment, good air con, location as it was seconds away from the train station and also had a laundry room where you could wash your clothes and also a dryer

Everything about this accommodation was excellent, especially for the price. Clean, safe, well maintained, plenty of amenities, lots of space, right next to a train station. I'd definitely stay again if I were visiting Osaka in the future.

The Guest House Laule’a did not give me access to the property even though I had fully paid for my three-night stay and the reservation had been confirmed. They did not respond to my emails requesting the PIN for the building and it wasn’t until past midnight that I was able to find alternative accommodation at my own expense.

A fire alarm was activated more than 2 hours due to unknown reasons and no one there to investigate . We had try to PM landlord but no response. We all dare not to sleep in the room cos the fire alarm was on. It was too loud n was affected everyone in the property. The police officer n the fire inspector came after the fire alarm being activated for more than 2 hours. They can’t stop the fire alarm cos the property manager was not in Japan, no staff is there to help. We sleep only after they managed to stop the fire alarm, it was around 4am in the morning. 😤

The guest house is located near the train station. It has a storage to keep your luggage if you arrive early. It has everything you need and is easy to check in and out.
