“Perfect for your stay in Osaka for all kind of travellers”

Everything was perfect. Rooms are very clean, and comfortable. The appartment ist well equipped, both for cooking big meals with lots of ktichen tools, but also for traveller (unexpected) needs, like charging adapters, luggage scales or sewing kits.... Communication is very helpful and straightforward - incl. english descriptions where ever you need (like how to get the washing machine started) I would definitely stay there again.

“Very good owner and nice house”

This was our last stay in Japan. After many days walking long distances we felt as it was our house. Very quite location, no tourists, the house has everything you need to feel like at home. My son enjoyed riding the bike. Communication with the owner was very easy as she speaks English very well , I think better than me )). When we left , we forgot my son's retainers and Rinka( the owner) sent it by post to UK.

Awesome place to stay in. Extremely comfortable and authentic. Very calm area and it's near railway station. The house is neat and beautiful. There is enough space and light. It was fantastic to stay here. Very friendly owner, all our questions got prompt response. It was always a pleasure to talk to them. Will be definitely come back.

I love how clean and homely it is. All of the necessities you need in the house are available so you can just come with your clothes! The guidebook of the local area is also very detailed. The pocket wifi works really well, I wish we would have stayed here the entire time so we can save up a lot of money on the wifi. The bicycles really serve us great purpose, it was so fun to explore around with the bikes and it felt like we blended in with the locals! The Suminokoen (Yodoyabashi line) is like 10 mins walk but I didn’t mind it at all because there are two bikes just me and my best friend to cycle there. The neighborhood is quiet as it’s a localized area so you must be quiet before 10pm, such as not using the washing machine by then or talk too loudly. Last but not least, an honorary mention to the owner who is so kind, friendly and helpful. She is very easy to talk to and super polite.. I’m just very happy to be able to stay in this house even for just three nights. I will come back… hopefully and I will look for this house again!

the owner was so helpful and gave great hospitality. we enjoyed our stay there, as it’s literally like a complete house with complete stuff. bonus point, it came with sets of kimonos and bicycles for us to ride anywhere. it was really a great experience and made our Osaka stay best

Cosy traditional house perfect if you are traveling in a group of up to 6. Perfect and quiet location, high quality facilities, caring host. On top of that there is a convenience store, ramen shop, and beef bowl place nearby.

“Wonderful residential home, great host, fun family experience.”

Host was so lovely and accommodating and kind, went out of her way to meet us at our station even when we arrived late at night. Staying at this home was a real traditional home experience in a lovely residential neighbourhood. The home has character and the kids enjoyed playing with the provided toys and loved their futon room. We appreciated greatly the use of bikes so we could explore the area too! Well positioned near a Life supermarket and not a long walk to the station. The place is clean and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

“Great location, many facilities, lovely host”

The house was in a good location, close to the station. There were plenty of great things available to us such as kimonos, full kitchen facilities, washer and dryer, aircon, and a tea set. Our host greeted us on arrival and was really nice and helpful. She was so patient and understanding with us when we checked in a day late because of a delayed flight and we had trouble communicating.
