An amazing and beautiful place to stay in Ortisei. The facilities are great, the breakfast is fantastic and the staff are all lovely and helpful. Special mentions to Sandy from breakfast and Natalia at the front desk. You can ski in from the top of the Alpe de Siusi gondola on the incredibly scenic Pilaf run. Short walk to both gondolas and bus stop. Overall a simply amazing experience staying here, and we would love to come back one day

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Pra Palma Hotel in Ortisei. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The room was immaculate and beautifully appointed, with stunning views that made us pause in awe each morning. The hospitality was warm, thoughtful, and genuine – we truly felt cared for. Breakfast was a highlight of each day: a lovely presentation of fresh, local products, with unique touches that made it feel truly special. Every detail showed pride and attention, and we looked forward to it each morning. The location is fantastic – close to everything we wanted to explore in Ortisei and the Dolomites. We also appreciated the practical conveniences: after checking out, we were still able to store our luggage safely in the ski room. There was also a restroom on the lower level, which made it easy for us to freshen up before continuing our journey. These small touches made a big difference. Pra Palma is more than just a hotel – it felt like a warm and thoughtful retreat. If we ever return to Ortisei (and we hope we do), we wouldn’t think twice about staying here again. We wouldn’t do it any other way. Thank you to the team at Pra Palma for making our stay so special.

“Fabulous”

The staff are exceptional, personable and informative. Location is fabulous, at the bottom of the slopes, at 300 metres of the community aquatic centre (which includes pools, steam baths and saunas), and easy walking distance to town and its various restaurants. Breakfast was delicious, including freshly baked pastries, fresh juices and breads, charcuteries, cheeses and cooked eggs. This is one of the best places we have ever stayed at.

My stay at Pra Palmer was amazing front start to finish. Alexander and the team where so beyond helpful and made my time in Ortisei absolutely perfect. Would only stay here when returning. Very safe as a solo traveller

The room was spacious and very modern. The breakfast was amazing with so many options to chose from, loved making my own fresh juice each morning. The staff were lovely and happy to help in any way. Could not fault this place.

Exceptional Hotel, perfect facilities for both summer and winter activities. Modern hotel which has retained its family run attention to details and customer experience. Rooms were beautifully decorated, alpine yet modern feel with everything you could need. Lots of parking both outdoor and undercover. Bike and ski rooms available with a gym included. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice, fresh and healthy ingredients. Cannot rate this hotel highly enough. Will definitely stay again

Super clean, great location, the most friendly helpful staff. Free bus pass for my stay and access to the pool and spa just a minutes walk away.

“Warm hospitality, stunning scenery, and excellent location”

The location of the accommodation was perfect, with a picture-postcard view of Alpe di Siusi. The house was quiet enough to escape the bustle, yet just across the street lay the lively town center. It was an ideal base for visiting Seceda, Sassolungo, and all the surrounding sights. The meals were healthy and delicious, and every detail reflected genuine thoughtfulness and care. They remembered what we had requested the day before and thoughtfully prepared it for the next meal, and even allowed us to use the facilities before our departure to make our onward journey more comfortable. Warm hospitality, stunning scenery, and excellent location — I would definitely choose this place again on my next trip to the Dolomites.

Super modern, clean and high quality finish, above that of a star hotel. Staff were all lovely and made you feel really welcome. Views and location were perfect! Delicious breakfast

The Pra Palmer the Green B&B is an excellent hotel (we returned here for the 3rd time). Its location is perfect: close to the center but in a peaceful place, and provides parking places. The breakfast was hearty with a great variety of local products. The room was convenient and quiet with a nice view of the mountains. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel provides free public transport passes for the duration of your stay, which is very useful for discovering Val Gardena.

“Perfect location, spacious modern room, knowledgeable and lovely staff - highly recommend!!”

The Pra Palmer is in the perfect location - just a few minutes walk from all the shops, restaurants and (free) buses, but just far enough that you feel your place is quiet, peaceful and special. The room was beautiful, spacious and modern, with a superb view of the meadow. The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied and the staff were very attentive and helpful. Finally, a special word to Alexander (the owner who is often at the front desk) who was extremely knowledgeable of the hiking routes in the area and very approachable - we did some very beautiful, memorable hikes thanks to him. It makes all the difference in places like this!

“We loved it!”

It was a huge studio for two people with an amazing view. Everyone was really welcoming and felt like a home to us. I would highly recommend Pra Palmer to those visiting ortisei and the location was perfect as we could walk to the cable car and the city centre was 5 minutes away. I would definitely come back here and it was a perfect 5 nights for us. The breakfast was also already included when we booked it and it was really yummy.
