Location is very good, we have access to bus stops and supermarkets and cable cars for hiking. Room is clean and big, well equipped kitchen and nice in house parking. Irene is a very nice supportive hostess. The checkout small gift from the house makes the stay a sweeter ending. We will definitely recommend to our friends and come back.

Central location close to lifts, shops, restaurants. Surprisingly very quiet. Garage for the car. Very helpful hostess, Irene speaks excellent English. Seamless check-in and given lots of helpful information. Well equipped unit that was clean, modern and beautifully appointed. Wonderful to have a lift. Handy to have laundry facilities.

My friends and I spent three wonderful days here. It was early summer, and the weather couldn’t have been better. From the third-floor balcony, we enjoyed a clear view of the surrounding mountains and forests. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils we needed (we were really hoping to cook for ourselves!), which made our daily hikes even more relaxing and rewarding. The hotel’s location was perfect—just a three-minute walk from the central square, where you can catch a free shuttle to the city center or nearby towns. In the evenings, we wandered through the quiet streets, surrounded by historic bars and old churches. We saw black weasels darting through the grass, and the streams—fed by melting snow and ice—flowed endlessly, their waters as pale blue as glacier ice. The hotel itself was peaceful, with only a few other guests during our stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable, complete with a balcony, living area, kitchen, and a large, well-appointed bathroom. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful retreat. A special thanks to Irene, who was kind and efficient in helping us with everything, including the free bus tickets. Thank you, I hope we meet again someday.

Wonderful host, beautiful village, walking distance to transport, chairlifts, restaurants, other attractions.

Clean and comfortable. Very nice to have washing machine and dryer to use. It is quiet (no sounds from the neighbours) and very near to bus stop.

EXCEPTIONAL PLACE !!! Massive functional room, bath, and kitchen too !!! WOW!! What a GREAT place to stay. Blackout blinds at night was AWESOME Location was EPIC !!! ENDLESS hiking options with many via ferrata options, paragliding, mt biking , restaurants... tha t we enjoyed ! They were accomodative to us leaving our car

Everything was perfect! - great location at Ortisei, beautiful and stunning space, all equipped with quality cooking utensils and wood furniture, very friendly host. They provide entrance to swimming jacuzzi right across the suites which was really fun. As well as free bus card if required. Thank you for accommodating us the best ☺️ Will definitely recommend this place to anyone!

“Perfect stay in Ortisei”

Fabulous stay in the centre of the town. Lovely apartment well equiped kitchen comfortable bed.

The Avita suite was a beautiful modern accommodation in the heart of Ortisei, easy walk to Seceda and Resciesa gondola's and easy access to the whole Val Gardena and Val de Suisa walks and ski fields. The suite was very comfortable and had all the necessary utensils to make our week long stay very easy. Parking was below the unit in the purpose built garage which included space for bikes and lockers for storage of hiking boots and gear etc and washing facilities for anything needing cleaning. The bathroom had a great shower and an equally large bath to soak in after a hard days hiking, the bed was very comfortable and plenty of storage for clothing. Our hosts were a lovely couple who have set up a wonderful accommodation for guests to relax in.

The suites were so comfortable and clean, we had the most wonderful stay. Irene was such a wonderful host, we really appreciated how welcoming she was. The suites are like a haven, such a relaxing and calming vibe . I highly recommend staying here, we rate it 10/10! 😀
