Incredible hotel, the ambient make you feel so relaxed, amazing breakfast, staff is nice and room are clean and cozy and the pool is amazing. There is a nice 10min walk to the town, with the snow is magical. One of the best hotel I've been 10/10

The hotel does have some nice features: the staff were generally friendly, the room was clean, and the view from the hotel was lovely. Breakfast was rich and delicious, with plenty of choices — definitely one of the highlights.

“Book half board, it’s amazing”

Superb 5 course dinner at an ad on cost of 20 euros! Halibut, wild boar, homemade pasta beautifully prepared and presented by three fabulous chefs. Gorgeous indoor outdoor pool so warm you can swim in the rain. Fantastic location with gorgeous views.

“Perfect stay in Ortisei, IT”

Very comfortable and luxurious hotel, located in Ortisei which is very fine place for hikers and skiers in Val Gardena, South-Tyrol. The host was very helpful and all his staff very professional. We didn't have ime the check the spa but from outside it looked interesting. The restaurant was extremely good. Professional staff and the menu interesting. Their breakfast was also very good. We will book accommodation there again.

The only staff who were more or less client oriented were the waiters in the restaurant. This seems to be the only “pro”

In general, the place itself is wonderful. The nature around is amazing. The hotel itself is remote from the centre, but if you go down to the garage, turn right and go straight on the path you can come to the escalator, which rises on Seceda and near the same descends to the city centre. Unfortunately, we got the impression that the staff is not interested in the guests at all. There was never anyone at the reception. It is not clear how the spa complex works and how to get a massage. There was never anyone there either during our 3 days stay. The spa complex itself is not bad. Hamam and sauna, pool seemed quite cool outside. My advice would be: at the booking stage, ask how you can book massages. There are only 2 rooms and 1 VIP for two people. The breakfasts are excellent. The coffee is delicious. Garage and car park available. It is better to find out in advance where you can have dinner and book a table. The room itself is compact but has everything you need, the bed is comfortable. The linen is fresh. Cleaning every day.

.We upgraded to a room with a bath (the supplement was more than we expected) but the room was spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A veey good selection at breakfast

“Exceptional”

Exceptional location a 10 minute walk from town. Incredible views. Quiet and relaxing after a day exploring the mountain tops. Excellent facilities. The pool area is immaculate. Wonderful breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff who were genuinely interested in our wellbeing. Our room and all public places spotlessly clean. Highly recommended

Breakfast was great, the pool and sauna, the views and staff were all amazing. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the funiculars for Seceda and Alpe di Suisi.

“Haven in the mountains”

This hotel was a lovely sanctuary in the mountains. We stayed in summer and it was a perfect stroll down to the village. Max 10 min walk. The facilities were great. The pool and spa area were perfect after a full day of hiking. They also organised some free activities during the week which I’d recommend doing.

This property exceeded our expectations, the team, the food, location and services were all fantastic. Just a short walk to some key chairlifts that take you to Alpe di Suis and Seceda Ridge and so nice to come back to the beautiful pool and spa facilities after a big day of exploring. Thank you 🙏
