“Lovely place”

I wanted to take a moment to express our gratitude for the wonderful stay we had at this beautiful guest house. The location was perfect—far from the hustle and bustle of the town, surrounded by nature, providing a truly relaxing and picturesque setting. Although we initially expected a hotel, discovering this charming guest house was a delightful surprise. We felt incredibly fortunate to have the entire swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi to ourselves. The hospitality and care the family provided made our experience even more special. Watching the football game in their living room and the warmth all extended made us feel right at home. Additionally, we greatly appreciated the lift to the nearest station, which you kindly included in the final price, making our departure smooth and hassle-free. The family's kindness and attention to detail truly made our stay memorable. Thank you once again for everything.

“Fantastic hosts”

The hosts were great, very accommodating. They did a load of washing for us and got up early to make us delicious breakfast for our early start. Our room was very clean, comfortable with modern decor.

Beautiful house on a quiet road outside Orthez. The host was very friendly and helpful. He also spoke good English. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was excellent.

Hosts were really welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. Setting after a long drive was really tranquil. Fantastic al fresco breakfast and Vincent even suggested an excellent local restaurant for our evening meal and offered to book for us. Even the cat was friendly.

“Warm welcome in a comptable house with excellent breakfast”

we ( a group of 6 friends on a cycle trip) received a very warm welcome from Vincent and he was very helpful showing us where to store our bikes and was kind enough to have offered to provide an evening meal. The house is homely and comfortable and the breakfast was the best we had on our trip. Two of us even had time in the jacuzzi .

The rooms were good size and had all that was needed. Good shower. Great breakfast. Good evening meal and fun company. Hosts were helpful and friendly.

Moulin de Sens is a tucked away gem with high quality furnishings throughout and great hosts. Vincent prepared a great breakfast and was super friendly, being very patient with our very limited French! Comfortable room and great shower. Lovely pool/garden view. Merci beaucoup!

It was lovely to spend a week there. The hosts were so very welcoming and the house is gorgeous. It was like being at home but without having to cook and clean:) I very much recommend it.

Great place with really lovely owners. Orthez isn't a particularly great place to visit but it's perfectly located as a base to explore the region. Food is excellent and if the owners offer you dinner, you should accept straight away. The pool is a tranquil haven after a hard day of being a tourist.

“Beautiful home and lovely welcoming couple”

Beautiful home with a lovely couple. We arrived hot and tired after cycling from Biarritz, and were treated to a lovely dip in their pool. We had dinner and breakfast at the accommodation, both which were delicious and very generous. We also made use of the hot tub in the evening when the temperature had cooled down! Would highly recommend.
