the breakfast and the staff in the breakfast area were excellent (smiling, welcoming and good service). Ismael was very helpful, and had a very nice attitude and tried to help us the best he could, like getting us a little more coffee for the morning, extra towels to pick up water coming in through the window and gave us bottles of water when we left, for our roadtrip. The size of the room was good, and the internet was adequate

The staff was very accommodating and helped us arrange a taxi early in the morning and also an early check in. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean with good facilities.

Property is located in a quiet location if you want to be away from tourist spots. 5 minutes walking to centre with restaurants and attractions in Ortahisar. 10 minutes taxi to Goreme or Urgup.

One of the best hotels for this price! Stuff was very helpful, we asked to book balloons, horse riding, taxi and the shuttle from the airport. They quickly helped with everything! WiFi is in each room. Rooms are clean, the view from the lounge area is breathtaking. The furniture is either new or very clean. Breakfast is absolutely amazing! There’s a large variety of food, fresh and hot. Definitely wanna go back!

Cute looking hotel with incredibly friendly staff. They will do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Worth visiting Ortahisar as it is a very cute looking city too.

Staff unable to communicate in English. Has to depend on Google Translate. Our trip was marred due to their messed up in our tour arrangements. Ended up paying more n getting less, Very disappointing stay.

We used this Alba Cave as a base for visiting Cappadocia area. Our room was very big, clean and offered us a very nice view. The owner is a very nice and kind person. Offered us useful information about the area. Breakfast was good and they did their best to to fulfill our wishes.
