This house is a special place, with all rooms extra large, even the hall ways, heat pumps in all rooms, great shower, laundry, kitchen & couches.

Host. Definitely. Warm hearted, quick communication. Primary, secondary school just nearby, i could see through windows from my residence. Neat neighborhood. Huge space, almost 5 person can stay at one time.

The apartment is conveniently located for trips to Köycegis or Dalyan. We had a last minute change in the number of people travelling and Kamil was great in accommodating this and offering us a larger apartment for a small charge. The apartment was very well equipped and spacious.

Very clean and comfortable place. The host was professional and helpful. She really did her best to make our family feel welcome.

Kaya Apart Ortaca is very conveniently located just a few minutes drive from the Dalaman airport, with ample parking space in a little quite part of Ortaca. The hosts are living in the same building, so available 7/24, attended all our needs right away. The room was cleanly prepared and everything was ready to go, despite us arriving quite late.

We booked an overnight stay after a late flight from Dalaman airport. Our flight was delayed, but our host was great at accommodating our late check-in. Check-in and out were very easy, and the host would reply very quickly to our messages. The apartment was very clean and everything went great. Car parking was available outside the apartment, which was convenient. We would definitely stay again. 5 stars for the host.

We just wanted somewhere to stay for a night near the airport, this was a large clean apartment run by a nice family, we arrived around 2am and called the owner once we were outside, someone came and took us inside and showed us to our apartment

The apartment is full of facilities and in well maintained condition. Glad to have parking space in front of the apartment.

We felt like home. Great apartment, nice balkony with a view, clean and with everything we needed. Great value for your money, very spacious, quality matrace. The lady who is taking care of the house does a good work with her cleaning.

The room is spacious, well equipped with washing machine, dish washer, and cooking appliances. Location is also perfect, very close to the D400 road. Sofa and bed are both comfortable.

“wonderful huge apartment stay”

We stayed in a wonderful huge apartment equipped with aircon, washing machine and kitchen! the apartment was very clean and lovely! the owners were wonderful - they let us pay a small fee to check in at 8am into an upgraded apartment (very grateful for this after our overnight bus?) the owner got us laundry detergent as we had some washing to do and organised a taxi to take us to the airport, they were very easy to contact on whatsapp which was very helpful!
