“Absolutely amazing!!”

Everything about this property is amazing, the location, the staff, the hotel, facilities. This is my second time here and I will be back again hopefully in September aswell as next year! The staff are incredible and can’t do anymore for you, I went with my mum this time and honestly she absolutely loved every minute of it.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly and it was a highlight of our stay. The pool resort facilities were spectacular with a beautiful view over Ornos. The breakfast buffet was absolutely outstanding.

Stunning setting. Great location and the view from our accommodation was incredible. The accommodation was beautiful, clean and very spacious. We must give a special mention to Micheal, we loved his presence at the restaurant and wish him all the best, good health & happiness.

“Lovely position in a modern hotel overlooking a beautiful bay.”

The hotel is beautiful and the position looking out over the Ornos bay is lovely. It is only 10-15 mins from Mykonos town but Ornos also has some nice restaurants as well. The staff, especially Myrta the manager, were very helpful and resolved all our questions with grace and helpfulness. Would definitely stay at the hotel again.

We stayed in a room with a private pool and it was just perfect. From the moment we landed at the airport, a driver was waiting for us to take us to the hotel. We were received perfectly at the reception. During the short wait for our room, we were given a drink by the pool. The room was ready and we even checked in early. The room is equipped with everything you need for the perfect vacation. Every day, they left little treats in the room, arranged, cleaned, made sure to ask that nothing was missing. Everything we asked for or ordered was brought immediately. The breakfast was rich, varied and delicious. The shared pool was perfect. The bar services by the pool are great. The place is very cozy, beautiful and makes you feel relaxed. The hotel is well-invested in and they always make sure that the guests are comfortable.

Had an amazing stay at Once Mykonos! The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful – stylish, elegant, and perfectly maintained. The location is fantastic, just a quick 5-minute drive from Mykonos town, which makes it super convenient but at the same time peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were spotless, very comfortable, and designed with great attention to detail. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of fresh and delicious options, the perfect way to start the day. What really stood out to me was the staff – incredibly friendly, helpful, and always going above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. Their warm hospitality truly made the experience special. Overall, Once Mykonos is the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and convenience. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the island, and I can’t wait to come back! 🌟

The property was spacious the staff on Reception was helpful and attentive, overall we found the breakfast service for coffees etc a tad slow we waited almost 20mins everyday, The views are exceptional though.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, from arrival everyone was very welcoming and helpful specially Maria, all staff was genuinely nice. every request was answered very quickly. The room was phenomenal with a breath taking view stayed there for 4 nights and every morning i appreciated the view more and more. The room was very well equipped with all types of toiletries. The breakfast was amazing with new additions everyday very well accommodating for muslims (pork free options) very close to Ornos beach and pool was great with the best view i was so sad to leave.

One of the highlights was the incredible breakfast spread each morning. Whether you prefer traditional Greek delicacies or classic international dishes, everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It truly made for the perfect start to our day! The staff at Once in Mykonos deserve special mention for their friendliness and professionalism. Everyone we encountered went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home and had everything we needed. However, I must give a particular shout-out to Tatiana, who was absolutely exceptional. Her service was personal, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive — she truly made our stay unforgettable. Tatiana’s warmth, helpful recommendations, and attention to detail elevated our experience to a whole new level. She is a true asset to the hotel. Overall, Once in Mykonos exceeded all our expectations. The combination of the prime location, amazing breakfast, and genuinely kind staff made our time here feel magical. We can’t wait to return!
