“Beautiful luxury apartments with exceptional customer service”

Exceptional customer service. The staff went over and above to make us feel welcome and look after us. The breakfast menu had lots of options and the food was delicious. The apartments (2 bed suite) were spacious, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and well stocked with everything we needed - toiletries, decent hairdryer, bug repellent plug ins, robes and slippers.

Beautiful room with the swimming pool just outside the room, and only used by three other rooms. Cleaning service with fresh bed linen and towels every day. The staff could not have been more helpful.

Everything was great - from the checkout experience (we came a bit early and they had us wait un the restaurant with a nice drink and snack) to the heated pool, nice room, great breakfast and very welcoming staff.

Breakfast was included and a wide variety of options were available both hot and cold. The hotel is up a hill so the views from the pool area and from the room were beautiful. My daughter and I shared a twin room which had plenty of space for the two of us and a generous balcony with sea view.

The best hotel I have ever stayed, The staff was amazing, and so accomodating. The manager greeds you upon arrival. The hotel itself is even better than in the pictures. Great location, very short trip by car to the main city Chora. Spectacular views. Excellent on all levels, and surpassed all our expectations. I will definetely be back.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was stunning, offering incredible views and easy access to Ornos and Mykonos town. The staff were genuinely kind, professional, and always eager to help. Breakfast was a highlight every morning, fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious.

We spent four nights in Mykonos at Mykonos No5 and had a truly memorable stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. A special mention to Eva, the Operations Manager, whose helpfulness and cheerful attitude stood out—nothing was too much trouble, and her recommendation of a private day cruise with Momentum Yachts turned out to be a highlight of our trip. We stayed in a pool villa, which offered the perfect blend of privacy and relaxation. The location was ideal—peaceful and removed from the chaos of cruise crowds and noisy beach clubs, exactly the kind of escape we were looking for. The views were breathtaking both by day and especially at night, with the sparkling lights of the island below. The bar staff, housekeeping team, and the quality of the meals served onsite were all excellent—attentive, friendly, and professional. If we had one minor note, it’s that the hotel itself could use a bit of a refresh in parts, as some areas felt a little tired. That said, the charm and warmth of the service more than made up for it. Overall, Mykonos No5 gave us a restful, luxurious end to our trip, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone seeking a quiet retreat with great service and stunning views.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. Everything was simply perfect! The interior design is elegant and tasteful — every detail has clearly been thought through with care. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. And the food… absolutely delicious! Every meal was a delight, from breakfast to dinner. I truly felt welcomed and pampered throughout my stay. I can’t wait to come back!
