The property is lovely, good size, not far from Ornos with a great selection of restaurants.. Great having the villa cleaned every day. Staff running the property very helpful. And the massages were exceptional, lovely they could come to the villa.

The villa was amazing and gave us everything we needed for a family holiday. Great facilities and amenities alongside regular cleaning meant we could really relax. Having a concierge on hand to help with transportation was a game changer. The online guide book really helped us in getting food delivered to the villa. Overall excellent!

The first it was a free transfer from and to the airport, as the taxi rates on Mykonos is quite expensive. The service and the host was very friendly, the villa was very beautiful and clean. Like our stay there.

We were a group of 16 and stayed at Carpe Diem villas 2&3. We initially booked through booking.com but you have to liaise directly with the Carpe Diem so in hindsight wish we had just booked through their website at a better rate! As we were a large group, we wanted villas that were close to each other so that we could still feel like we were all together. Villas 2 & 3 are close enough that if you wish to do this, it is possible! However, if you’re just booking one villa then it’s worth mentioning they are separated enough that you wouldn’t be disturbed by others next door! Villa 1 is much more set back from villas 2&3. The villas are in a good location, over looking the sea and a 20 minute walk to Ornos beach which has Pasaji Beach Club & lots of little tavernas for lunch or dinner. If you are going to walk, worth knowing the road up to villa is extremely steep! The rooms were all lovely, just like the photos. Very clean and the maid comes in every day to clean. Everything you could need in the kitchen, ample plates and glasses to ensure you never run out & also a small dishwasher to reduce any washing up! The only thing we were slightly disappointed with is that the shower was salt water! Which was not great for the girls washing their hair. The pool is salt water too, but we were already aware of this and so was not an issue! For us the absolute best thing that made the stay here go from good to amazing was the private transfers that Panda & his team provide! Mykonos is notoriously expensive for taxis and as a big group we were worried about how we would get around. We were able to WhatsApp Panda at any time day or night and he would arrange one of the drivers to collect us in a minibus that seated 8. These were very reasonably priced (Much cheaper than the Mykonos taxis!) & throughout the trip we got to know all the drivers, who were all so lovely & friendly!

From the moment I booked this villa the staff at Carpe Diem have gone above and beyond to make our stay special. I booked this trip for my husbands 30th and I messaged the property and asked for help In arranging to have Prosecco and Balloons at the Villa for when we arrived. They also made sure we had some groceries for when we landed. as it was late in the evening. They answered any questions or concerns I had prior to our arrival in less than 12 hours. What I also loved about Carpe Diem is that they offer complimentary airport transfer! It was an absolute breeze from start to finish! The Villa is stunning! They take great pride in keeping everything clean and in good order! the pool was cleaned almost every day during our stay with daily maid service, All the members of staff we had the pleasure of meeting were great but a special thanks goes out to Panda and Chris! We are booking to come back next year!!!
