“A wonderful place to relax – clean, cozy and with an incredible view!”

We spent one night in a small apartment and were extremely happy with our stay. As soon as we entered, we were pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained everything was. However, our greatest pleasure was the terrace. It offers an incredible view. The garden is also beautifully maintained. There is a place to sit, and the atmosphere is so pleasant that one can really relax. The owners were extremely kind and responsive. Even though our stay was short, we felt real hospitality.

Our acommodation was excellent. The owners of the house , Sofia and Laki, as well as Matina are very friendly, helpful and polite. We had a great time here. The yard is equiped with two big grilling places, tables, two sinks , fridge and all the utensils that you need. Also, the sheets and towels were changed every day, very clean. The rooms has also AC. You can feel that everything is done here with love and commitment. In the vecinity you can find everything that you need, bakery , butcher shop, tank station, grocery markets and food. Definitely will come back. I highly recommend staying here if you come to Sithonia.

“Just perfect”

Sofia and Lakis are wonderful people. They do anything to make you feel comfortable, it was great to meet them in this trip. The property is clean and has everything you may need. If you don’t find something that you need, I’m sure Sofia and Lakis will find a way to make it happen. The place has a nice backyard with a grill area, especially good for big groups. The room had a nice view over the fields reaching the sea. It was nice to stay here, and if we come back to Ormos Panagias again, we’ll stay here for sure.

The apartment was great, clean, cozy and it had everything we needed. The backyard is amazing, very well-kept, with sitting areas, grills and parking space. The hosts are kind and friendly. The nearest beach is beautiful. We will come back for sure. 😊

“Just Amazing”

Everything was excellent, we had one of best vacays in Greece. We had big apartment on ground floor. Plenty of space, super clean, super service. Close to best beaches on East/West Sithonia coast. Really “strategic position. It is clear that you need a car. Hosts were truly amazing, Sofia and Laki, really nice people. We had so much fun with Laki. He is really great. They are also very helpful.

The sweets couple who does everything to make you feel comfortable. They don't speak English but she speaks German and they are super good in body language. They place is very clean, nice beds and good value for the money. You can walk to the beach at some small roads so it's really a nice cheap place in the area. Lakis also drove me to my new destination in their car. Go there - you won't regret it:)

Sofia è Laki top very kind and funny

Sofia and Laki welcomed us with a smile, coffee and home made halva. They are hosts you can only wish for. We liked the house and the big yard full of flowers. We liked how they were taking care of the yard and flowers every day, with so muh love and passion. Sofia gave us traditional tzatziki which was delicios, and homemade cupcakes when we were leaving. She loves cooking. Our stay was very pleasent, the room was cleaned every day. The location is perfect, 3 minutes by car to Ormos beach which is not so crowdy and 10 minutes drive to Nikiti which is great for long walks and great restaurants. We also met their daughter Matina, she showed us the whole house, the bigger appartments, she was so positive and kind. We will defintely visit and stay there again.

Apartment was super clean and house has gorgeouse yard, where you can chill, grill or cook. 😊 Awesome beach is just 3 minutes ride away. We had East side room, so we could witness beautiful sunrises above the sea every morning. Hosts are really nice, and even though they don't speak English, we managed to communicate just fine. 😁
