The Host Jota is grate. She meet as at arrival and we were able to get in into our apartment in 5 minutes. The place was comfort enough for 3 people. Clean and tidy, well equipment with nice terrace. The noise from the nearest main road was minimal and without and disturbance. The garden is great and super maintained. The beach is 10 min walk distance as well as the village and restaurants. Rarely we visit one place more than once, but here we would come back again.

“Excellent, I would highly recommended.”
The place looks even better than the photos. It’s a fully renovated building, having all the comforts. Nice and peaceful area with a parking spot as well. The host lady was very polite and nice. Will absolutely visit the place again and highly recommend it!

1st quality apartment with a gorgeous beach at walking distance. Hosts are very helpfull, friendly and a huge help with choosing the wright places to visit. Fishing port, local restaurants nearby where the food is marvelous. An unforgetable place. Thank you! Hope to return!!!

Everything was perfect - the apartment and location. The hosts are very kind and nice people and gave us recommendations about beaches, restaurants and places to visit. The apartment was well equipped and there is outside barbecue. There is a beach /Trani Ammouda/ on a short walkable distance with crystal clear waters. This place is a top notch!

“Calm and confy appartments with modern touch and excelent location near good beach.”
Clean and modern rooms. Spacious, and comfortable. The view from the balcony was very relaxing and we enjoyed the stay. Full equipped kitchen, good facilities outside, nice playground for the kids. Spacious garden, good and enough parking places.

We had a short but wonderful stay at Flâneur apartments. Giota and Ilias made us feel at home and gave us their best tips on what to see and do around, which was very helpful. As for the appartment, it exceded all our exepectations: it was very clean, greatly arranged and furnished with taste. The location is beautiful, calm and just a few steps away from the seafront and the main Sithonia attractions. Highly recommended!

The flat was beautiful, clean, and furnished with new modern furniture. Giota and Ilias were incredibly friendly and helpful all the time. The sandy beach is very close to the flat .The village is small and quiet for relaxation. We recommend Flaneur and definitely will be back next year again. Thank you, Giota and Ilias !

“Overall a perfect place to stay in Sithonia”
The apartment was very clean and tidy. It had everything you could ever need. The owners are very friendly and go out of their way to help you with everything. The apartment was regularly cleaned which was great! The location is very strategic in terms of shops, places to eat and beaches to visit.

Convenient location, close to everything but on the quiet side, secure parking, kind hosts (even prepared home made bougatsa and provided coffee capsules). The apartment is brand new, modern and tastefully decorated.

the apartment was in the perfect location, close to the beautiful village of Agios Nikolaos, in a quiet neighbourhood with beautiful views! the apartment was clean, comfortable and modern with excellent facilities and the host and her family were lovely, very welcoming and attentive! would definitely recommend!
