“STOP RIGHT HERE LOOKING FOR ACCOMODATION IN SANTORINI- BOOK VILLA OINOS!”

Wow!! Where do I start? This was our second visit to Santorini having previously visited for a wedding 2 years ago however we were only on the island for 2 days and so didn't get a chance to see the rest of the island hence coming back so soon. We came this time to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. We also previously stayed in Megalachori and fell in love with the small village. Compared to the other areas on the island which can feel very 'touristy' this area is authentic, peaceful and still within easy reach of the other areas given the size of the island. I cannot put into words how impressed we were with the villa. There is just so much space- especially outdoors which feels extremely private and comes with some of the best views on the island over the Caldera. No need to head anywhere else to see the sunset if you didn't want to. The villa is set up perfectly for self catering with a fully equipped kitchen and a BBQ if you wished. Comfortable loungers and small table and chairs sets on the terraces off the lounge and bedroom- perfect for eating breakfast in the morning and chilling with a glass of wine come the evening. Vanda's communication from the moment we booked and throughout our stay was second to none. Although we didn't meet her, she was always at the end of the phone and resolved any issues or queries immediately. We had the wonderful Dimitris pick us up from the airport and drop us back at the end. He is so welcoming and so knowledable about key things to see to help you make the most of your time on the island. We had a lovely breakfast delivered each day to the villa which we enjoyed whilst looking out over the sea. We were there for 5 nights and could only wish we could have had longer. If we do return to the island I wouldn't hesitate in choosing this as our destination- i would choose the dates around their availability it's that good!

We missed out on two breakfasts. However what we did receive were nice, except the greek yogurt that neither of us like. The view was fantastic and the pool was great to cool down in. Beautiful over all. The transfers to and from the airport were very good and efficient. Vanda our hostess was very good as well.

The property is absolutely amazing! We really enjoyed our stay over the 9 nights. In the crazy and crowded Santorini (during high season) this is the best place to relax and also enjoy the beauties that the island has to offer. Vanda (the host) is very helpful, responsive and with a great vibe. The daily cleaning and early check-in were a nice surprise + airport transfers. Best at last… exclusive sunset view!

We loved absolutely EVERYTHING! Vanda was super kind, helpful, and responsive the whole stay. She was waiting for us when we arrived, explained everything to us, and replied to all our questions about recommendations and things to do and eat. She also left in the villa bottles of water, watermelon and greek cheese, yogurt and another greek yummy food. The Villa is just amazing, the views are breathtaking, and it's super calm. Also, the villa is equipped with everything you need for your stay, even cook if you want, hair dryer and an iron. It's also very clean and spotless. 100% recommended, we are looking forward to come back!

The location was amazing, very quiet, and on a winery, however just a 10-minute walk to the picture-perfect village of Megalochori, where there are ample restaurants and some boutique shops. There is also an amazing family bakery near the villa. This villa is small but perfectly formed and is equipped with everything you need for an amazing holiday. The patio is enormous and the sunset views are just spectacular. The daily housekeeping is done by a wonderful lady called, Maria, who is fantastic at her job and completely unobtrusive. The host, Vanda, was so accommodating and allowed us a late check-out for a late flight. She also arranged airport transfers and a wonderful welcome basket of local produce at no extra cost. All in all, you cannot go wrong with this villa. Nothing was too much trouble for the team and I would like to thank them all for making our first trip to Greece so memorable.
