Overview
The Château d’Orleix is located 6 km north of Tarbes in the Haute-Pyrenees region of France. It features a terrace and a spa and wellness centre with a hammam, sauna and hot tub. Guest rooms at the Orleix Chateau are individually-decorated and equipped with a flat-screen TV with over 100 international channels and Wi-Fi.. They each have a spacious private bathroom. A continental breakfast is served daily in the Chateau’s elegant dining room. Dinner is available upon prior reservation, either in the restaurant or in the comfort of guest rooms. The residence also provides a fitness centre and a 24-hour reception with free Wi-Fi access. Beauty and massage treatments are available for men and women upon reservation 24 hours in advance. Guests can find a golf course 11 km away and an equestrian centre just 1 km from Le Château d'Orleix. Le Chateau d’Orleix provides free on-site private parking. It is easily accessible by the N21 motorway, and the Louet Lake is just a 5-minute drive away. We were met with a very friendly and helpful reception. We enjoyed both the evening meal and the breakfast that were served in front of an open log fire. The room was spacious and comfortable with a pleasant view. Parking is in the large driveway in front of the chateau and the wifi works well. A charming location. We will return.

We had an amazing stay in Chateaux d'Orleix. I was travelling with my 93 year old mom and they went out of their way to help and make us comfortable. They even changed her room to a downstairs one to avoid the stairs for her. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast amazing and very fresh, the croissants are yummy. The facilities, both in the room and outside are great. Nice pool with enough chairs and parasols, barbecue area, games like darts and jeu de boules. Everything very clean and well-maintained. Location is a bit remote in a small village, so car is recommended to visit all the beauty in the surroundings like The Pyrenees, Lourdes, Tarbes and so on. We were very lucky to see all the 14 Juillet celebrations and to visit the concert of Andrea Bocelli in Lourdes. We had an amazing time and cherish the memories. Thank you all staff at Chateau d'Orleix for making our stay unforgettable.

Château d'Orleix is a beautifully renovated old building full of character and charm that was very comfortable and clean for our stay. Both the room and bathroom were very spacious and well equipped. The owner was very welcoming and helpful at all times.
