Lovely and spacious place right in the center of Oristano. The flat was recently renovated and everything was clean and modern with all the necessary appliances.

“Fantastic stay”
Everything. The apartment is brand new, even down to the utensils! It's extremely clean, bright and spacious. The living room is huge, kitchen has everything you need and there is a large area outside complete with furniture and lemon tree It's also right in the centre of oristano. Sara would reply immediately with any questions we had. Couldn't recommend more highly!

Accomodation at Xenia Boutique was absolutely fantastic. The house is located directly in the city center, restaurants and shops are just a few steps from the the apartment. The flat is newly and fully equipped (including whole kitchen). The owners are very friendly and we were warmly welcomed. This accomodation was our best on our trip through Sardinia.
