Great location in the old town, the building is historic and very well maintained, comfortable beds, friendly owners and staff. The restaurant in the courtyard of the building is the best in the village.

“Well maintained historic accomodation to remember in central Oristano.”
Really nice room with super high ceiling in a wonderful historic building. Furniture and decoration very nicely fitting. Great housekeeping every day. Breakfast has been served in the cafe in the ground floor, allowing us maximum flexibility to have breakfast between 7 am and 1 pm.

Maria Luisa was an excellent hostess. Welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Car park pass enables parking on a piazza or street conveniently nearby. The property is full of character but has all the modern facilities, everything you could wish for. Loved the tea selection and the bath especially! Location couldn't be better. Restaurant downstairs is excellent but closed Sundays.

We were kindly given a breakfast voucher for the bar downstairs. There is a mini fridge. Newly renovated bathroom. The air conditioning unit worked well. Great location and parking permit available for the car. The apartment has a lot of character.

A great location in the heart of the town, and unique historic quirky furniture . Nice staff/owners. We found a car park on the street nearby and they gave us a permit pass to put in the car for the night which was good.
