Great breakfast and really friendly helpful host. Very comfortable and private room. The history of the building was fascinating,a beautiful old dwelling on the town square. Everything had been thought of to make this a wonderful stay.

The male owner or manager is more than polite and kind! He likes to welcome the quests and especially offer them a great breakfast! Perfect location in the centre of the main square, without any noise! Also, great location for the public buses, 3 min walk! Buses are going to the most of the beaches!!! Thank you! The location was exceptional. Andrea was the perfect host, nothing was too much trouble, he gave us helpful hints on restaurants, parking, etc. The room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was served in a charming kitchen with juice, croissants, tea and coffee, plus other extras.

Excellent location, very quiet but central. Located in a historical area, the building gives the feeling of having been transported back in time. Andrea is a welcoming and very professional host, who took care of arranging a nourishing breakfast with home made bread and croissants. The continental side of the breakfast was very fresh and genuine.

Fantastic stay! Amazing atmosphere and host Andrea, who met us and served the breakfast every day. Human touch is priceless! Especially after places when you find your key in a locker box.

This was a most wonderful stay. It is an interesting old building with many quirky features. Andreas showed us round and offered us an alternative room or the one we had booked. We preferred the alternative one and his advice that the wifi was better in it. Indeed, the wifi was very good and I could easily pick up Radio Caroline's internet broadcasts. The room was very quiet and had a huge bathroom. There is a lovely lounge overlooking the Piazza Eleonra d'Arborea. Andreas made us excellent breakfast each of the three mornings bringing in lovely fresh croissants and home made bread. We had concerns about parking but on all three days (arriving about 4pm each time) we managed to get a free parking spot in the adjacent square of Piazza Pietro Martini (making sure we parked next to the white kerb stones; white is free). We visited the back garden and enjoyed a glass of wine on one of the warmer late afternoons. If you like cats, there are many roaming about the garden!

The location was superb. Very central but very quiet. Andrea was extremely helpful. And our stay was very comfortable.

Of course the location is excellent and the facility is great but the host Andrea made our visit to Oristano stand out. Andrea is a very kind and generous man that went out of his way to assist us on a personal matter.

Perfectly located B&B directly in the centre of Oristano. The rooms are in a scenic old Palazzo building which is absolutely stunning. Andrea was a friendly and very well organised host who made our stay a pleasure!

We only stayed a night but enjoyed our stay in the centre of Oristano. Our room was large and comfortable. Loved the fresh pastries for breakfast. Andrea was such a helpful and friendly host, the restaurant he recommended for dinner was great.
