“Lovely, quiet stay in Oristano”
Very quiet location, parking available on the street without issues, apartment has everything one might need and it is extremely clean, the terrace was fun to use and it is sheltered from the elements. Mario was the kindest host.

“Perfect base for a couple with car to discover the local area.”
It is well placed to walk into the old town along a nice shopping street. It is so neat, clean and organised. Honestly in 17 years of Home Exchanging and 30 years of renting we have never stayed anywhere so immaculately clean and Mario has thought of everything to turn what is essentially a small space into a comfortable, cosy and practical little home from home. The air-conditioning works wonderfully (we only needed one unit but there are two). Mario is also full of information about the local area and we had this facinating conversation in a mix of English, French, Spanish and Italian. Wish we were mutually fluent in one so we could have understood more, especially on the local archeology. If you are a couple looking for a base for a few days in the area its perfect.
