The fact that the service was broken and the inability to get into the room came at the last moment. Messages are not answered. It is not clear when the cost will be refunded...

“Not recommend”

I didn’t expect that I would leave the feedback here to express my frustration and unhappiness due to their poor customer service. They suddenly canceled my reservation on the same day when I was going to check in. They did nothing but only to send a message informing me the cancellation. Due to the short lead time for the change, I had no choice but to stay on the street till late night and sleep in the lobby of airport. They didn’t care about people’s safety and security. Lack of respect and responsibility. They even asked me to talk to booking by myself. They didn’t provide any alternative, solution or compensation. They just left the chaos for the customers to figure out solution even in such urgent circumstances. Highly don’t recommend this accommodation. Not worthy for the money and may cause chaos even though you booked the room a couple months in advance.

A clean and relatively comfortable place to get a few hours of sleep between flights. Beats all the alternatives. As long as you know what to expect.

Very easy to book, pay, access and use the service. Exhaustive clear instructions before and during the use of the pods. The touchscreen responds well and the instructions are clear and crisp. The set of pods are not too far from the airport public bathrooms and offer an unbeatable location literally a few steps from the security checks entrance.

It’s was a torture. The checking in was difficult as they had some technical difficulties. Saying that when I eventually found out who to call they sorted it out quickly. Lovely gentleman I was dealing with was very accommodating even so I literally had to call him every time I needed to use a bathroom. Overall, please find somewhere else to stay.

Perfect location for my 4am check in time and much cheaper than staying somewhere else and getting a taxi would be. I simply caught the bus from Milan at 8:30 and chilled in my pod till it was time for check in. I had a travel pillow and earplugs so I even got some sleep!

Landed at 11pm, saved me the hassle of catching the bus or train into Milan and arriving somewhere in the early hours. I took a sleeping bag and earplugs, it could have been worse. Check in was simple enough, the touchscreen controls worked

all is fine to sleep between flights and it is clean but it is so small!

I liked the location and once I was able to contact support they answered fastly.

i'll probably mirror many other reviews. it is what it is; great, after a delayed flight, to arrive at the door 30 seconds after passport control. ID and entry was fine and stress free, the pod has all the essentials, the concept is brilliant.
