“nice apartment with a great view from the balcony”
Clean and nice apartment with a great view from the balcony (after all, it is on the 5th floor). There are enough restaurants/bars, shops/supermarkets nearby. The owner is friendly, always ready to help. The beach is a bit far: 10 minutes by car, 30-40 minutes on foot...Regarding free parking - it's just a place near the house - if you arrive from the sea later, you won't be able to park your car near the house...
