Our reservation of another apartment was cancelled a few days of our arrival, and this apartment was available.

The location was excellent. The only down was the property had no pool but you were within 400M from the sea. The beds could do with an upgrade and there was good air conditioning, The hosts were friendly and excellent. The private terrace was also great. We would look fwd to retuning

Spacious and clean. Air con unit was very effective. Great shower. Having a washing machine and outdoor patio area was lovely. Beach towels and equipment was available to use. The location is quiet and short walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping area.

The property had everything you could need for a perfect stay great internet, walk to the beach good restaurants nearby. All the extras for eating indoors and out. Very clean and modern and lots of space. Lovely Spanish courtyard and a walled in privacy back patio to chill out in. Hosts was very helpful and couldn’t do enough for our stay brilliant couple. Arranged a pick up from and to the airport met on arriving perfect.

Nice and helpful hosts. The apartment was clean, had all the necessary accessories in the kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, there were even toys for the beach for the child. Great location of the apartment, short walk to the beach, with shallow water which is great for small children, next to the apartment there is a nice playground, many shops and restaurants in the near distance. You can get to Alicante or other towns quickly by car (about 1 hour).

I really appreciated being met by the owners even though we only arrived after 10pm, lovely couple showed us around and explained everything, facilities and amenities you couldn't ask for more. Not a beach person myself but was in a perfect location for the beach just at the end of the street.

The best thing about the apartment is its location within walking distance of the sea and lovely beach paths. The charming, older building has been renovated, and there are heat pumps in every room.

Really nice house on a walkable distance of the beach. I would recommend a stay in this place. Also a special shoutout to the hosts for offering an airport connection for a lower price than your usual taxi!

Excellent well equipped comfortable apartment, everything included that you would need, good power shower , very clean, comfortable bed, lovely quiet position within easy walking distance of beach/bars/shops. collection from/ return to the airport. Hosts very helpful and good communication. We have had a very enjoyable 8 day holiday. Thank you to you both.

It was a home away from home. There was nothing it didn’t have. So close to the beach.
