“The best Penthouse in Orihuela Costa! 1000/1000 points”

The penthouse exceeded all expectations! Very stylish cozy interior. Everything is provided down to the smallest detail, even toothbrushes with paste, nail file, hand cream, luxury bed linen... The kitchen is better equipped than at home. Perfect cleanliness. The bed is the most comfortable of all the ones we slept on. My friend was pleasantly surprised. We spent a wonderful weekend on the sunny private terrace, we didn't even want to leave the house. Restaurants, shops, bars within walking distance. The sea embankment is 200 meters away, walking with the dog is a pleasure. The owner Leonora is charming, her advice, reminder about the fair were very useful to us! Thank you, Leonora/Naomi we will definitely come back!

“Excellent location, excellent accommodation, excellent host!”

The location was excellent, with easy access to both the front and rear of the building. The front entrance brought you straight out onto the Cabo Roig Strip where bars and restaurants were plentiful. Several beaches are within a 10-minute walk, though we would advise you to get there early if you want to rent a beach sunbed with an umbrella, as they are in short supply. Most locals and seasoned visitors bring their own beach kit. Depending on the beach you go to, the rental prices vary from €19 for two beds and a parasol to €22 for the same plus a table. The walk can be steep, so for those with mobility concerns, WEAR runners to and from the beach and pack light. :) There are small bars/food outlets on the beaches where you can get food, drinks, and ice cream. The host of this property (Lina) was a dream to deal with and was extremely attentive in her responses to any queries we had. Her attention to detail and incredible little welcome packs when we arrived at the property were a delight and very touching. She thought of absolutely everything a guest would need! I was very impressed. She certainly prides herself on her hospitality and when you arrive at the penthouse, you will see why. You will want for nothing! :) We will certainly recommend this property. Easy communication with host right up to being met and shown into property and during stay. Apartment was spotless and had everything needed. All furnishings are up to date and comfortable, the solarium is a perfect place to escape with ample chance to shade from the sun if needed. Choice of beaches within 15-20 minute walks and a large selection of bars & restaurants right on the doorstep. Grab a bargain on the next street when the market is on (Thursdays) and if you want to venture further out, Cartagene is worth a day trip.

“Fantastic quick break”

There was a welcome pack of coffee, tea and cleaning things. Also a surprise on the table which was really great. We felt valued! The strip was lively even in November which is what we were looking for. Lots of bars and restaurants open within walking distance.

Great location. Loved the sun terrace. Wine and chocolates on arrival which was great as we didn't get there until 11pm. We got a late check out free of charge which was a bonus.Would definitely stay here again 😎

The Penthouse Naomi is perfect and has everything you need for your stay and the beds were super comfy. We absolutely loved the Solarium and the attention to detail was exceptional.

Very friendly staff, wonderful apartment. Solarium with sea view, with sun loungers, with shower, comfortable pergola where you can hide in the summer heat. Beautiful interior, cute gifts, chocolate, wine, a bottle of water in the fridge upon our arrival, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We felt at home. Wonderful beaches, sun, we will miss you! We will definitely come again, thank you very much for a wonderful holiday!

A wonderful stay in a great apartment. We arrived very late at night. There was no problem with the keys. Great contact with the owner. The apartment is clean, equipped with everything you need. (there were even beach toys for children) :). A wonderful welcome awaited us inside. Champagne, chocolates, water…. the terrace upstairs is wonderful with a sea view. There are restaurants, shops all around... a bar downstairs by the pool. A very enjoyable stay. I recommend. Family 2+2. !! Thank you for everything!
