The facilities inside the apartment was good ,had everything we needed while indoors, including english TV, was clean and well presented.

The Lavanda apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a lovely stay.

It was very close to the strip, clean and tidy. Had a very well equipped kitchen/bathroom. It’s not 2 bedrooms as we thought though, one room is partitioned by a curtain off the lounge…. This was fine for us as a family but if 2 couples were staying it probably wouldn’t be suitable! Prosecco/water in the fridge on arrival was lovely 🥰🥂

Fully equipped, well located apartment. Owner is super friendly and very supportive. Nice and not overcrowded beaches are in walking distance.

“Cracking little apartment on the ‘Strip’, Cabo Roig”

The apartment is very good and located just at the top of the strip on Cabo Roig. Margaryta the host is fantastic. Our flight was delayed and we did not get to the apartment until 11 pm. She was on hand even at that time with messages to guide us through picking up the keys and getting into the free underground car park. The apartment is bright, airy and clean. Everything you need is there and well equipped. There is a nice sized balcony to catch the sun. Being on ‘The Strip’ you are near enough to the bars and restaurants yet far enough away to avoid the noise later on an evening. The price is very reasonable. We go every year for the St. Patrick’s Day parade and will certainly be booking again for next year.

Loved our stay here, the apartment has everything for a great stay....long or short. Very generous sized sitting room with comfortable lounger and large TV. Good WiFi. Nice balcony and outdoor seating that gets sun from 11.30 until sundown 🌞 Had all necessary kitchen appliances and extras including a coffee machine. Margaryta was an excellent host with speedy communication when needed. Ideal spot for all the restaurants and pubs along the strip but still far enough away to be quiet in the apartment. Walking distance to a nice beach with great live music beside the beach bar on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.

Everything! This apartment exceeded my expectations. It was spotlessly clean. It had great facilities and we couldn't have expected more! The host was amazing and even left us wine and water! Toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets, linen and towels all provided and WiFi excellent! Can't rave about this more!

Spotlessly clean apartment right on the strip in Cabo Roig. Everything you would need close at hand. Our host Margaryta was extremely accomodating and went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Would definitely recommend.
