Great apartment! Very Pool really close which was great as sometimes a bit of a walk to get to the shared pool. Not far away from local bars and restaurants.

Property was very nice and clean The host was very helpful with good communication. The swimming pool was great! The AC in the lounge was good Nice Terrace out the front to sit and enjoy the neighbourhood. I would stay again and would like to visit again every year - if the check out time could be amended.

Apartment very nice ,clean comfortable. The purpose of my visit is im looking to move to spain on a permanent basis, the areas I was looking at ,were a taxi ride away but this area is very nice and I got talking too a few ex pats who live here permanent, and they love it

Great apartment, beautifully decorated, very well equipped and furnished, comfortable large rooms, great patio, quiet area, very safe. We liked it very much, we will definitely come back, the owner is super nice.

The flat is located in a quiet residential area, in a cul-de-sac, with the balcony overlooking the area. Parking was easy, as it was out of season. The pool was lovely, and not too overlooked. The flat itself was comfortable and had everything you needed. A complementary bottle of wine and water was really appreciated. Bars & restaurants were within a safe 10-minute walk, and the beach of Cabo Roig was less than 10 minutes by car. Ideal location.

Very clean,all the facilities you could need -washing machine, microwave, chairs for the beach Liked the lock up for the keys. Good WiFi, large bathroom with strong shower and clean towels. Well decorated with personnel touches in every room.

The owner gave me all the information in the morning and how to get to it, when I arrived the apartment was very clean and everything you need, front patio for breakfast or to eat outside, there was a area out the back under a gazebo with a gas BBQ, beds where comfortable , no cleaning bill if you leave it all clean 😀👍

Very friendly host, good internet connection, comfortable bed, and plenty of places to park. Although I didn’t open the bottle, it was a nice touch being given a complimentary bottle of wine. I would recommend anyone who is looking for an apartment.
