This is a magnificent estate in a quiet place with large and bright rooms, a very comfortable bed! The hospitable owner and his family will treat you to a wonderful breakfast. In 15 minutes you will reach the beautiful Venice by car.

The room is rather big. There were no any noise at night. Breakfasts were very tasty. Good location - it's takes approx. one hour to get to Venice by bus.

“Welcoming, comfortable, clean and green with lots of fresh air!”
Clean green environment, very kind, friendly and helpful proprietors. We were well catered for, including unlimited bottles of water and a delicious breakfast. Very comfortable and quiet accommodation central for our requirements with safe and secure parking. We enjoyed our stay!

“Best place to stay!”
Excellent location, twenty minutes from Venice and 30 minutes from Treviso Airport. Complete silence, perfect for a comfortable stay. Exemplary cleanliness and delicious breakfast. Marino helped us with all the necessary information about transport and what we can visit in Venice. We will return to this place in the future.

Very helpful and kind owner. We stayed for a week and were upgraded to a huge room free of charge. Quiet area, great bed for good sleep. Breakfast was also of high quality. Bottled water free of charge 24/7. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day and everything was spotlessly clean all the time. Great location - situated near access road between two large highway interchanges. You can get anywhere very quickly, whether it be a sub 10 minute drive to Venice parking just before the bridge or if you want to explore Padova or Verona - you are never stuck in traffic, as you exit the street directly onto the access road. Free parking on the property and remote control for the electrically operated gate was provided.

Excellent buffet style breakfast, fresh juices, ham, cheese, cereal, cup of coffee and a little chat with the host about things worth seeing around Venice. Big room with bathroom. Very clean and tidy. AC was set for 20 degrees, I liked that as sleeping in a colder room is more comfortable for me.
