“Charming weekend in Orgon”

Clement was an amazing host, very welcoming and helpful. We had some great conversations over delicious breakfast. The location was central and everything in Orgon was basically a short walking distance. The room was charming and spacious with a lot of character. It was our first time in Orgon and we were there for only a weekend, but after this stay I've already started planning our next trip there...

I need to be refunded immediately. I do not understand how booking.com can hear from both me and the owners that I need a refund and still not refund me for almost a month???? How is that possible??? We have both contacted you several times. I am absolutely floored by how terrible the customer service is. Booking allowed me to pay for a room, I show up and they say there’s no space, both me and the owners IMMEDIATELY contact booking for the error, and a month later I have still not been refunded? How is this actually possible? And I have gotten an email back from your “customer service team” and STILL no refund?? I’m actually shocked. This should not take several weeks to process. This should have been solved immediately. I am claiming fraud with my credit card company

Absolute pleasure to stay at this properly. Clem was a lovely person to deal with and so happy to help. Picked us up from the station, drove us to the location of the wedding we needed to attend and drove us back also, all of which he did not need to do. Included Brekky was delicious and the hospitality was delightful. Highly recommend
