“A dream stay in Tuscany”
We stayed one week at Casa Fabiani with the family and it was excellent. The location is perfect to visit Pisa, Lucca, Florence, the beach or San Gimignano, all within about one hour’s drive. The house is beautifully decorated, full of details, very clean and well equipped, also great for children. Sandro was super attentive and in contact with us the whole week for anything we needed. Without a doubt, we would return to Casa Fabiani if we come back to Tuscany.

Cassa Fabiani is a lovely cottage, centrally located, ideal for visiting Florence, Lucca, Siena (by car) or heading to the beach (45 minutes away). Nearby, there are smaller mountain ranges where it is recommended to visit some of the charming villages with cozy restaurants offering delicious local food. The cottage has high ceilings, a cozy terrace, and a large lawn. The decoration is homely, everything is very clean and does not appear worn. The owner of Cassa Fabiani is very helpful, welcoming, flexible, and easy to communicate with.
