“First time visit to Örebro”

The staff were wonderfully accommodating from a very late check-in on Friday night to accommodating a late check-out on Sunday, all of the staff were fantastic, courteous and helpful. The room is very well designed and maintained while the hotel has the most delightful decor. Breakfast is superb and sets one up for the day.

Everything! Breakfast was amazing, the room was clean and nicely laid out, the shower was great, the location was close to the places we wanted to see in the city center, the staff members were friendly and helpful, and they sold some tasty local beer in the lobby. Would recommend!

Very good hotel

“Great hotel”

Lovely hotel, the room and bathroom were pretty small but it's very functional, clean and comfortable, larger suite rooms are available if that matters to you. I can see how it could get stuffy in there in hot weather (like many hotels) but it was perfectly comfortable for us in early September. The staff were lovely, professional and efficient and the breakfast buffet is really great and well managed by staff refilling and keeping things clean and tidy. Good location too.

Lobby is cosy. Room is clean. Great location to the convention centre. Short walking distance. Walkable to the Orebo castle.

The staff was excellent. They were helpful, kind and honest. When I called to inquire abt dogfriendliness the receptionist told us that the rooms are v hot and no A/C. I think it was so nice to be met with honesty, in Care of our dog and us.

Breakfast and employees

Location was good. Close to a parking house as the hotel does not have enough parkingspaces. Close to midtown, where you can find endless supply of restaurants and clothing stores aswell as a shopping mall. A few minutes walk to the castle where it's surrounded by greenery to have a stroll or rest.
