The staff was very friendly and welcoming, facilities were super clean which I loved, there was an area to iron your clothes which made it very practical, available warm drinks for the last cold days, breakfast was also very good, and many tables to sit and enjoy to start the day.

Parking spaces are limited and must be reserved in advance. If there are no spaces available, you will need to park on the street.

We hade the privilege of having the Studio suite, a bedroom and a kitchen. Spacious enough, for two people to say the least. Very good location; just a few minutes walk away from the city centre. Very clean room. Nice staff.

“Stay away!”

Beware that there is date parking in the street in front of the hotel with limited parking places. The hotel also has few parking spots available so parking might be an issue. We checked in just as the reception closed for the night. The guy I talked to on the phone after closing hours asking him for help and advice on where to maybe find a parking spot nearby was extremely rude and agressive. Never experienced such behaviour at a hotel anywhere in the world! Yes, we did haul a tiny trailer with working gear on our car but still no reason for him to yell on the phone and being rude and agressive. He had absolutely no idea of what even the slightest hint of serviceminded means! I didn't demand him finding a parking place for us or such things. We did not know the area so I just in a normal way asked for help and then he suddenly blew up. It was very unpleasant. When I told him good bye and that I was tired after a long day and just wanted to end the conversation and did not want to discuss and being treated that way and hung up. He then called back and continued to harass me and being very agressive so I had to hang up once more! The hotel was not very clean. The room was fine except for the cleanliness: stains on the bathroom, a loose switch for flushing the toilet, bed under the top mattress was not clean with several stains, crumbles and lots of dust etc. The breakfast poor with cold sausages, no bacon etc and very sparse fooditems to choose from - and I am absolutely not picky! If we had arrived earlier in the evening or was planning to stay more than just one night, we would have left to find another hotel. My friend I travelled with agrees with me in the description above. Our advice: Stay far, far away from this hotel!!

The hotel was in an excellent location, right in the centre of Orebro. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the room was very clean and modern with a very comfortable bed. It was a 2 minute walk to the castle and there was also a nice good sized supermarket a 2 minute walk away.

Very centric location, just 10min from the train station and the main city center. The rooms are newly renovated and really spacious.

Both me and my friend ate eggs for breakfast (me omelette and she cooked) and got bad stomach immediately. We told about it to the staff to make them aware of the situation, and instead of showing sympathy they came up with explanations why it couldn't be due to the eggs and treated us as if we just made it up.

We are really happy with our stay at this Hotel. Polite and helpful staff, easy check in, nice breakfast with a wide range of choices, clean room with working TV, access to the coffee machine. I could go on and on. The hotel is located close to the city center so most attractions are within easy reach. Highly recommended!
