Excellent hotel/apartments, we came with a holiday with 2 children, reception and all staff were fantastic, very easy checking and great 2 bedroom apartment which was exceptionally clean. They also helped us organised ski passes and lessons for our children, can not recommend highly enough, we look forward to returning.

It was very easy to find the apartment along the road, and the parking was free and right next to the apartment. The reception was lovely, warm and cozy. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Loved the vibes immediately. The room was spacious and clean. Water pressure was very good and water was hot. The view overlooking the snow-covered mountains was amazing. When most restaurants were closed for dinner on Mondays, Brasseria La Neu (next door), was open! We had a good dinner, and the next day's breakfast was also very delicious. The restaurant's staff was also very friendly. The location, people, vibes - one of the best accommodations in my 3-wk stay in Spain.

The place was a magical little haven in the mountains, impeccably decorated throughout, staff helpful and friendly, our suite was fully equipped with everything we could want, perfectly clean and tidy, bed lovely and comfortable, good powerful shower, two sets of french doors leading onto a balcony overlooking a mountain and a stream, really stunning views and lovely to have the sounds of the stream be our soundtrack. Coffee pods, cleaning supplies etc all provided. They provided QR codes on the back of the door to our room with details of local excursions and amenities - we found this very helpful. Who could ask for anything more!

“Qualify hotel and restaurant in a beautiful mountain setting”

The apartment is in a hotel in a quiet beautiful part of Andorra in the mountains. Beds are comfortable, sitting area is cosy, the kitchen is well equipped with quality appliances. The host was very helpful. The hotel has an excellent restaurant with delightful decor. We would happily stay there again.

“Excellent Accommadation in Llorts”

We felt cared for throughout our stay and even before our arrival, there was regular contact via WA. Any queries and special requests were always always dealt with in a friendly and helpful manner. The location is good, the appartment was very comfortable and the free shuttle service provided between the hotel and the ski resort is excellent. We loved the fact that the appart hotel is a family run business and enjoyed meeting different members of the team
